Materials

Comfort is our primary goal in product development, and most people associate comfort with cotton. Its breathability and skin-friendliness make it ideal for Taiwan’s climate. Thus, cotton is a crucial material for WEAVISM, and we strictly select the highest quality Organic Cotton and Cotton USA.

Simultaneously, we continuously explore the potential of different raw materials, aiming to enhance their sustainability and functionality through physical or chemical modifications.

Save & Reduce

We utilize EZ Dye® technology, developed by Hermin Textile, a veteran Taiwanese manufacturer with decades of experience. This technique significantly reduces water and energy consumption during fabric production, while enhancing color saturation and wash fastness. Additionally, all dyes and auxiliaries used in our products are certified non-toxic by OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 from Switzerland.

Limited Pieces

Our self-built clothing research lab in Tainan was created to address this issue. The garment dyeing process can give the same clothing different looks through various finishing techniques, and more importantly, it allows for small batch production to reduce waste. Each of our capsule collections is produced in limited quantities, with additional production only if there is high demand. Since all our products are made in Taiwan, we significantly reduce the carbon footprint from domestic and international shipping.

Repair

Favorite clothes naturally get worn often. Don't worry, we've got you covered. To ensure quality, WEAVISM uses only high-grade materials and stitching. If your clothing gets damaged, we'll do our best to assist with repairs. If repair isn't possible, we'll offer a discount so you can purchase new items at a reduced price.
